The whipped soaps are like whipped cream, air is incorporated air to give them the trademark texture. Needless to say, if you bang your soap on the counter or subject them to extreme heat or cold they will lose some or the majority of their volume (just like whipped cream). I'm not sure why someone would do this to a beautiful fluffy soap but this poor soapy abuse has happened before.

It is not recommended that you beat the soaps with a hammer, as it's not the brightest idea since this may result in the damage of your floor but once the item is purchased you may do as you please (inside joke).

To ensure the longevity of the item, please store with the lid on when not in use, away from sunlight at room temperature. I recommend that you use it within 3 months for the best scent performance/experience, but the soaps will be usable up to a year!

The containers hold 4 fluid ounces and 8 fluid ounces of product. Fluid ounces are different than the standard dry ounce, so the weight of the soap will almost certainly differ from the amount the container holds. Regardless of weight, you will always receive the same amount of product.

Yes. I ensure that all of the ingredients used in my current products are both vegan, cruelty free, and do not contain animal fats.

Yes, but please rinse thoroughly with water before recycling. The containers may also be repurposed, but they are not dishwasher/microwave safe and should not be used to store hot liquids.

While the ingredients in my soap formula should not irritate the skin, everyone is different. If you have sensitive skin or are sensitive to scented beauty products it would probably be best to avoid facial use. When in doubt, conduct a patch test.

In the extremely rare case that you do have a negative reaction to the soap, if your skin becomes irritated or you break out in a rash please inform me and I will provide you with a full refund.

The soap/scrub should not become moldy, as I do utilize a plant based preservative in my formula.

I cannot accept returns/exchanges due to the personal nature of the items, as they cannot be reused once opened and I no longer provide refunds so please be aware of this when purchasing. ❤️ I can however assist you with any questions or issues regarding the product. Once the item is dropped off at USPS I am no longer in control of how it is transported, and the whipped soaps may lose some volume during shipping. I include a "FRAGILE" sticker on every package, but it still falls on how gently the mail carrier treats the package.

Items that are returned by USPS due to no show pickup (when the item has reached the destination but was not picked up/abandoned), you will be refunded the price of them item, but I unfortunately cannot provide a refund for shipping costs.
